AR Fitness For Women started in 2017, to cater to the fitness goals of the women based out of Mankato, Minnesota. Ever since, we have been providing the women in our local area with a safe, hygenic space to workout. Our mission is to improve your health and fitness. We are all about "Real Women, Real Fitness," so we work hard with you to ensure that you can see visible changes in you and get motivated to keep working on yourself. Our trainer is one of the best in her field, offering unmatched training sessions.
