I've had the pleasure of working with Amy Rykhus for the past 2 months, learning the value of clean eating. I have tried a large variety of diets throughout my life and I've down well for a short time, always seeming to gain the weight back, it's been a frustrating cycle.
Clean eating is a different approach to eating foods that are beneficial in promoting a lean, yet healthy body, without putting your body through unhealthy phases of burning muscle, to gain quick weight loss.
I feel that Amy is a seasoned professional, who has taken the time to create a program of delicious low carb, low fat, and low sodium recipes that have been extremely satisfying and full of flavor.
The menus are easy and fun to make. Amy offers weekly meetings with new menus every week. Each menu has a variety of recipes to choose from. Amy also adds an easy to follow grocery list to assure you will have all of the ingredients necessary to have a successful week.
She is very helpful in addressing questions to help you with your shopping list and food preparation. You will also have time to address concerns you may have during your meeting. You will weigh in each week to keep track of your progress.
I have lost 15 lbs and feel wonderful! I'm feeling more energy and I'm definitely sleeping better at night.
I strongly recommend that you try "Clean Eating." You will love the delicious variety of foods.

I had an "AHA" moment.
I struggled to get up after sitting on the floor with my grandson. I knew I needed to lose weight. I felt very lethargic! Amy offered a 30 day clean eating challenge at my gym and I signed up.
